She empowers each client to make healthy food choices and supports them by providing meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists. She advises on supplement recommendations, exercise suggestions, sleep enhancing tips, and stress management practices.
Carolyn is the creator of the “Smoothie Pie” recipe and will keep you accountable to achieve your unique goals. Carolyn is also the mother of 5 amazing kids, she loves to exercise, she adores outdoor adventures with her husband, and she enjoys creating delicious, healthy recipes in her kitchen.
